My name is Lucy Shaw-Henderson.

I'm a certified Keto Coach. I have 25 years’ experience in natural health therapies and Spiritual Life Coaching.  I have used Raw Food, Vegan, Vegetarian and Keto Lifestyle for personal healing.  As a woman over 60, I have found Ketogenic Lifestyle to work best in this season of my life.  I am passionate about taking care of my body temple and helping others co-labor with God in realizing the promise of 3John2:1.

I started Keto at the request of a friend.  The changes in my health were immediate and phenomenal.  My puffy, achy knees stopped hurting and swelling, I no longer had to pull myself up the stairs, my thinking became crystal clear, I began to quietly sleep the night through, I had energy from dawn to midnight, my grief over my husband’s death became manageable, my capacity to pray was enlarged and just for a nice topping, I lost 10 pounds and noticeable inches in 2 weeks!

I was so grateful and overwhelmed by the spiritual, physical, mental and emotional blessings that I sought out certification in this lifestyle just so I could know more and share it with others!  I invite you to take this journey with me into new levels of vitality, peace and health!

So, what is Keto?

OMGosh, it’s the bacon and butter diet and you're going to die of a heart attack!

Ketosis, or “keto", is a natural state for the body in which it becomes almost completely fueled by fat through eating a ketogenic diet: low carb, moderate protein, and lots of healthy fats.
